Pre-Cleaning Instructions

Stain Removal
While we make every effort to remove spots and stains, some may be permanent or require specialized treatment. We cannot guarantee full removal, especially with pet stains, ink, dye, or long-standing spots.
Wear & Tear Visibility
Deep cleaning may reveal pre-existing issues such as worn areas, discoloration, or damage that were previously hidden by dirt or buildup.
Furniture Moving
We will move light furniture only. We do not move heavy items (over 50 lbs), fragile pieces, or anything deemed unsafe to move unless pre-arranged and discussed in advance. Additional fees may apply for moving heavier items. Clients are encouraged to clear the area in advance for full wall-to-wall cleaning.
Dry Time
Dry time varies depending on ventilation, carpet thickness, and weather. Carpets may remain damp for 6–12 hours. We recommend clean indoor footwear or socks until carpets are fully dry.
Odours & Pet Treatments
Deodorizing and enzyme treatments can help reduce odours, but we cannot guarantee full odour or stain removal in carpets with long-term pet damage or deeply embedded issues.
Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as delamination, ripples, open seams, or loose carpeting, which may become more noticeable after cleaning.
