General
Will you be home for the clean or have you provided us with entry instructions?
Property must be vacant for cleaning.
Clear surfaces and floors of clutter
Secure valuables and fragile items
Ensure accessibility by unlocking rooms and leaving doors open to the rooms you want us to clean. Our team will not enter rooms with closed doors unless it is noted in your account to do so.
Electricity must be available (Don't shut off your power - we need it to clean)!
Kitchen
remove ALL items in the fridge, cabinets, pantry, oven storage drawer, etc.
Bathrooms
Remove all items in the cabinets, drawers, shower, etc.
Flush all toilets and ensure no bodily fluids are present
Bedrooms
Entire Room, Closets, to be completely Empty
