
Window cleaning may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
We do not remove or reinstall damaged or brittle screens. If screens are difficult to remove or appear fragile, we may skip those windows and inform the client.
We do our best to remove spots and residue, but hard water stains, mineral buildup, and etched glass may not come fully clean with standard methods.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including cracked panes, broken seals, paint overspray, or warped frames. These issues may become more noticeable after cleaning.
All windows must be accessible and unlocked prior to the service. We may not be able to clean windows blocked by furniture, landscaping, or unsafe access points.
If you’ve booked exterior-only service, we will not enter the home. Please ensure pets are secured and gates are unlocked for access.
We do not guarantee results or assume liability when cleaning aftermarket tint, decorative film, or specialty glass unless discussed and approved beforehand.
